Elder Kia Reed has been ministering to Women and Youth for over 15 years, and Couples for over 10 years.
Her evangelistic style of ministry has been experienced by churches and conferences along the east coast of the United States. She is a past President of an ecumenical Womens' Conference ministering to broken women.
In January 2008, Lady Reed released her first book entitled, Tiny Steps to Making Leaps and Bounds in the Spirit' . Soon after she authored The Voice of The Father: Stability for Turbulent Times. Faith and Mental Fitness: Let's Talk About It is a must read! She has also authored a 31 Day Prayer Devotional.
Lady Reed serves her local assembly along side of her husband, Pastor Anthony J. Reed; from this post she builds outreach and in-reach teams. She is the founder of the in-house Kletos Leadership Training Program. Elder Kia enjoys serving as Administrator and Christian Education Director. Utilizing her training and years of experience navigating and advocating in diverse community settings, Elder Reed supports members as a Community Liaison. Elder Reed and her husband share the common mission of “Restoring Christian Faith, Families, and Fellowship in the community”.
The Lord has entrusted her to be the mother of three beautiful daughters, Anaiah, Keilah, Annah, and one son, Kristian; an assignment that she neither takes lightly nor for granted.
Elder Kia leads with humility, passion, and strong Biblical convictions. Her passion is to see people set free from the bondage that keep us from experiencing complete freedom in Jesus Christ!

Lady Reed is passionate about ministry and life! She has experience working with diverse populations.
She currently serves the community as member of the local Faith-based Tobacco Coalition; Lucretia Kennard Homemakers Club member, and President of the QAC Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Committee, succeeding Ms. Madelyn Hollis in Sept 2017.
She was the 1st Treasurer for the Queen Anne's County Make a Difference Day Committee; has served as a contributor to the QAC Cultural Proficiency Task Force.
Kia is one chosen to carry The Word of the Lord: In a night vision she saw her self facing an army and in her hands was 2 small daggers that grew into 2 large swords when the horde approached. Afterwards, Hebrews 4:12 thundered in her spirit.
Kia has served as Youth Director, Church Secretary, Business Administrator, Sunday School Teacher, Usher, and Trustee.
Some of her former commitments include: HotSpot Community youth educator, Girls Scout Junior Troop leader, Preschool Educator, DSS Family Investment Caseworker,Senior Care Specialist, Chairperson of Tobacco Coalition, Character Counts Advisory Board Member, CommUNITY Mentoring Board Member.
On November 14,2009 she was ordained an Elder and consecrated as Co-Pastor of Abundant Life Restoration Ministries inaugurating her into The Apostolic Network of Churches and Ministries under the leadership of Apostle Damian and Pastor Cheryl Hinton.
Elder Reed holds an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Chesapeake College, a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from Wilmington University, and a Master of Arts in Human Service Counseling from Liberty University. Kia is a Certified PREPARE/ENRICH Facilitator where she has equipped herself to empower couples to build strong and healthy relationships.
